Maintenance Manager

Arps Dairy is a 90+ year-old Defiance institution, recently acquired by Barfresh Food Group (NASDAQ: BRFH), a publicly traded food company. We are in the middle of a major plant rebuild and capability expansion, with a target commissioning date of September 2026. We are building a senior leadership team that will define the next chapter of the business. Role Description The Maintenance Manager owns plant equipment reliability, the preventive maintenance program, and the maintenance team. You will partner with Operations, QA, and the construction and automation contractors during the plant rebuild, then run a world-class maintenance function in steady state. You report to plant leadership. Qualifications 7+ years industrial maintenance experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role Direct experience in dairy, beverage or pharmaceutical processing strongly preferred Familiarity with PLCs, automation systems, ammonia or glycol refrigeration, CIP systems, and pasteurizers.
