Salesforce Administrator

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a public sector organization, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator. This role is responsible for administering and optimizing a Salesforce-based platform, supporting system integrations, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business needs. The position plays a key role in maintaining platform reliability, security, and performance while partnering with technical and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Job Duties

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Configure and enhance platform functionality through workflows, flows, validation rules, and custom objects
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data management processes
• Support integrations between Salesforce and external business systems using APIs and integration tools
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution activities across technical teams
• Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity to ensure operational stability
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user training materials

SkillsRequired

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and Flow automation
• Proficiency with Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Experience managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data quality initiatives
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration methods, and connected applications
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms in a production environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience creating technical documentation and system support materials
