Housing Stabilization Specialist

The City of Chesapeake is seeking a Housing Specialist for the Permanent Supportive Housing Program. The role focuses on helping individuals with serious mental illness obtain and maintain housing in the community, following Housing First principles. Responsibilities include eligibility assessments, landlord mediation, budgeting support, and ongoing client outreach.
