Technical Customer Consultant

As a technical customer consultant at IDEXX, you will deliver high-quality support for customers who use IDEXX diagnostic devices in their laboratories, ensuring a smooth experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in the field of veterinary medical diagnostics and directly impact veterinary practices and patient care.

This is a fixed-term contract.

The Customer Support Team plays a crucial role in supporting IDEXX customers across Europe, building strong relationships, and ensuring that customers get the full benefits from our diagnostic solutions.

What You Can Expect In This Role:

• Provide technical and handling support for veterinary practice teams using our diagnostic devices.

• Coordinate device installations with internal and external contacts and assist in resolving hardware and integration issues.

• Work closely with internal teams to efficiently address customer inquiries and challenges.

• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and offer practical tips and advice on device handling and maintenance.

What You Need For Success:

• You are customer-oriented and have experience in customer support.

• You have a strong service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. It would be great if you also speak Czech.

• Training and experience as a veterinary medical assistant are advantageous.

• An affinity for technology is beneficial.

• You are calm, creative, and combine these traits with high accuracy and analytical thinking.

• You are motivated and enjoy working in a large team, dislike routine, and love facing new challenges.
