This is a highly field-based role that requires frequent travel to multiple sites and flexibility in scheduling, including weekend availability.This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys working in the field, traveling regularly, and supporting technology infrastructure in an active, multi-site environment.Run, terminate, label, and test data (Ethernet) cabling (Cat5e/Cat6)Install, mount, and configure camera and surveillance systemsInstall, wire, and support networking equipment (switches, routers, access points)Assist with server rack installation, setup, and cable managementWire and support technology systems specific to car wash operationsConfigure and connect devices to existing network infrastructureTroubleshoot connectivity, cabling, camera, and basic hardware issues on siteTravel frequently to car wash locations for new builds, upgrades, and maintenanceWork weekends as needed to support installs, site openings, and operational needsCollaborate with IT, operations, and vendors during installationsMaintain documentation of wiring layouts, configurations, and site detailsJob RequirementsProven experience running and terminating data linesHands-on experience installing camera/security systemsBasic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, switches, PoE)Ability to read wiring diagrams, layouts, and technical documentationComfortable working in active industrial or outdoor environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAvailability to work weekends as requiredValid driver’s license and clean driving recordExperience installing and configuring server racksKnowledge of structured cabling standardsExperience in retail, industrial, or multi-site installationsFamiliarity with PoE cameras, NVRs, and access control systemsBasic experience with Windows servers or on-prem hardwareRelevant IT, networking, or low-voltage certifications (a plus, not requiredPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to lift and carry equipment up to approximately 50 lbsComfortable working on ladders and in tight or elevated spacesAbility to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsWillingness to travel long distances and stay overnight when requiredExpress Wash Concepts provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or genetics. #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Wash Concepts LLC
