Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well‑established outpatient primary care team. This role offers a balanced structure of approximately 50% direct patient care and 50% in‑basket and panel management, allowing for meaningful continuity and relationship‑building with patients. Providers manage their own panel while supporting team‑based care, with an average of 10–12 patients per half day. The position operates Monday through Friday with minimal call (1 in 9 weekends) and includes flexibility across nearby clinic locations.
