Manufacturing Assembler

Talascend is currently seeking a Manufacturing Assembler for a contract opportunity with our client in Clearwater, Florida . Overview You will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and systems, ensuring product quality and functionality. Responsibilities Perform assembly of systems according to specifications Inspect and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve any issues Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Maintain accurate records of delivery and assembly defects Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality Qualifications Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Associate's degree in a technical field Experience working in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing ethics We thank all applicants for their interest.
