Requirements & Experience: 1 year experience using a manual lathe in a manufacturing environment. Skill of working with your hands and using a variety of tools. Skill of using digital calipers and measuring devices. Have a good mechanical background and can troubleshoot on an individual level. Understanding you will get dirty in this position with transmission fluids. Ability to lift 65+ pounds. Be able to stand and work on your feet all day for an 8+ hour shift. Has a “Can-Do” attitude with good time management, communication, and decision-making ability. Self-starting and motivated. Believes in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others. Adhere to all safety rules required to work in a manufacturing environment. RevMax will be happy to train employees with Solid work history. Requirements Mathematical Abilities: Familiar with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, digital height stands, analytical skills. Education: High School Diploma or GED.
