Work Environment\n

This position primarily offers remote work flexibility while serving clients at a designated hospice center. You will have the advantage of working from home, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life, while also providing essential in-person support for clients during their most vulnerable moments. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring you have ample time to engage in personal and professional development outside of work hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing their specific mental health challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety, offering immediate support and devising safety plans when needed.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to offer coordinated care and holistic support to clients and their families.

• Assist clients in navigating community resources effectively, helping them identify housing options, financial assistance, and support services that align with their treatment goals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring client information is kept confidential and secure.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and explore innovative treatment strategies as part of your professional development.
