This regional community healthcare facility delivers a broad range of medical services to the surrounding population, including emergency care, inpatient treatment, outpatient services, and specialized healthcare programs. The facility maintains established clinical infrastructure to support coordinated patient care delivery across multiple service lines. Locum tenens podiatric coverage is sought to support outpatient clinic operations from November 2026 through April 2027.

Connecticut offers a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to varied interests. Clinicians on assignment may explore hiking at Devils Hopyard State Park and Kent Falls, kayaking, and scenic drives through state parks, as well as visits to local wineries and seafood establishments. Historical and cultural sites such as the Mark Twain House and Museum in Hartford and Gillette Castle in East Haddam provide insight into the region's architectural and literary heritage. Family-friendly destinations including Beardsley Zoo, the Essex Steam Train and Riverboat, and interactive museums along the coast are also accessible throughout the state.

The podiatrist will provide outpatient podiatric care on a Monday through Friday day shift schedule within a clinic setting. Clinical responsibilities include evaluating and treating podiatric conditions during scheduled clinic hours with no call obligations.
