L'ADSCE SSIAD de MATIGNON recrute un(e) aide-soignant(e) CDI 151,67 à partir du 01 mai 2026 .Plage horaire 07h10-13h00 15h50 - 20h00 Un SSIAD de 40 Places à Taille Humaines « Prendre soin, être à l'écoute, maintenir l’autonomie, accompagner jusqu'au bout de la vie, apporter un sourire, valoriser » Vous accompagnez les patients à leur domicile dans les actes de la vie quotidienne en préservant et restaurant si possible leur autonomie, en collaboration avec l'IDE et vous travailler régulièrement en binôme SPASAD (Aide a Domicile). Responsabilités Aide au lever et au coucher Aide à l'habillage et au déshabillage Aide aux soins d'hygiène et de confort Aide aux déplacements Surveillance de l'état général du patient Mesure et suivi des paramètres vitaux dont le suivi du poids Aide à l'administration des traitements Repérage des modifications de l'état du patient et informer l'infirmier des manifestations anormales ou des risques par votre évaluation chutes, escarres Collaboration aux soins curatifs et à la prise en charge psychologique de la personne Description du poste Poste à pourvoir en CDI augmentation nombres de places.
