Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a mid‑level ERP Analyst/Administrator to join a small, collaborative IT team, with our manufacturing client in Wheat Ridge, CO. We are seeking a candidate to manage and support a fully cloud-based IT environment built on MS Azure and Epicor Couple-Based ERP platform. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure while supporting business critical applications, user access, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience administering cloud environments, identity management, ERP systems, endpoint management, and enterprise security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP & Application Support
- Support, maintain, and enhance the Epicor ERP system
- Troubleshoot ERP‑related issues for manufacturing and financial users
- Perform ERP configuration, customization, and development
- Develop and maintain reports using SSRS
- Work with SQL backend to support ERP functionality and reporting
- Support low‑code / no‑code ERP tools and extend functionality with deeper development when required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on ERP improvements and process optimization
Systems & User Support
- Perform basic system administration tasks including:
- Wiping and provisioning computers
- Joining devices to the domain
- Managing user access and email accounts in M365
- Provide general IT troubleshooting and participate in helpdesk ticket resolution
- Support Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Coordinate with external vendors for security and advanced Microsoft support
Compensation:
$70,000 to $90,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
