The Profile of the Ideal Candidate
This is an enjoyable and unique sales role. No Cold-calling! Our customers have taught us that they want to buy our products and services but do not like being “sold.”
So, rather than a “pushy” salesperson, we need someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers appropriate options for them to choose from and closes the deal.

Requirements:
- 2+ years Direct Sales experience - Home Improvement Sales or Construction Sales, A great plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Good understanding of local geography and directions.
- Proper verbal and written grammar skills
- Comfortable with technology – tablet, smart-phones, and pc’s
- High School Diploma - College Degree, a plus.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be comfortable going to and in customers' homes for sales consultations
- Be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen, in accordance with local law/regulations
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- Excellent computer skills -- MS Office, database management, etc. – a plus
