About the Role:

Join our compassionate team at ComForCare Home Health Care in Maryville, TN, as a Caregiver. Make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by providing essential support and companionship.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to healthcare professionals.
• Help with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed health plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
• Engage clients in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
• Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
