What You'll Be Doing: Helping members with all things money — from deposits and withdrawals to loan payments and account openings Supporting financial wellness by recommending products that truly benefit members (not just checking boxes) Guiding loan applicants through the process with clarity and care Solving member problems like a pro — with a smile, a solution, and maybe even a little sparkle Keeping accurate records and ensuring all transactions are buttoned up and by the book You'll Thrive in This Role If You: Have 1–3 years of experience in banking, finance, or a similar customer-focused role Can juggle tasks while staying friendly, focused, and fabulous Take pride in being organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Handle confidential info like a vault (secure and silent) Love building relationships and helping people reach their financial goals Bonus Points If You: Know your way around credit union products and services Have experience opening accounts, processing loans, or cross-selling services Can spot a financial opportunity that benefits the member and take the time to walk them through it What Success Looks Like: Happy, loyal members who trust you with their financial needs Accurate, efficient transactions that keep everything running smoothly Meeting or exceeding sales and service goals (without feeling "salesy") Being that go-to person everyone trusts for financial guidance Why Join Us?
