Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with a personalized approach to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise and support PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active Washington State PT license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient evaluation skills
• Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with other healthcare professionals

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
• Skilled in direct patient care and rehabilitation techniques
• Strong documentation and communication abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Ability to supervise and guide therapy assistants
• Collaborative mindset for interdisciplinary teamwork
• Adaptability to various clinical settings and patient populations
