What We’re Looking For:
✔ At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
✔ Must have your own basic maintenance tools
✔ Reliable, dependable, and motivated to work
✔ Strong work ethic and positive attitude
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
✔ HVAC and/or CPO certifications are a plus
Responsibilities Include:
Completing work orders and general maintenance repairs
Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Preparing vacant units for new residents
Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the property
Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks
