Started by 2 Radiologists who still read for this group today.\n Delivers Radiology coverage to 14 states.\n Group employs upward of 100 Radiologists and 75 employees.\n A private, physician-operated Radiologist practice. NOT owned by private equity or outside investors.\n\n\n\n\nBenefits: Teleradiology\n\n\n Typical Swing Shift Compensation (Dependent on reading speed): $700,000 - $1 million\n Typical Night Shift Compensation (Dependent on reading speed): $1.3 - $1.7 million\n An 8-hour overnight shift runs roughly $5,100 to $6,800 in compensation depending on reader speed.\n Overnight hours carry a shift premium up to 50%. Weekends are 15%. And there's a $150 monthly technology stipend.\n Volume: About 165 studies on an 8-hour shift. Roughly 20 per hour\n Reading Mix: Roughly 50% CT, 30% Plain Film, 10% US, 10% MR\n 1099 Independent Contractor Role only\n Group does not provide in house benefits package.\n On site training and home work station provided by the group.\n Credentialing, licensing, and malpractice coverage all provided by the group.\n\n\n\n\nAbout this role: Teleradiology\n\n\n Seeking a 100% Remote Radiologist\n Open to part time or full time hours!\n Diagnostic radiologists working 100% teleradiology, reading a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume.\n Group covers Swing or Overnight shifts that start around 3pm CST or 7pm CST.\n Typical shift is 6-8 hours.\n Shift Options: 7on / 7off or can do 7on / 14off. Group is seeking 60hrs of coverage per month.\n Zero call or after hours expectation. When your shift ends, you're done working.\n Volume: About 165 studies on an 8-hour shift. Roughly 20 per hour\n Reading Mix: Roughly 50% CT, 30% Plain Film, 10% US, 10% MR\n Overnight hours carry a shift premium up to 50%. Weekends are 15%. And there's a $150 monthly technology stipend.\n An 8-hour overnight shift runs roughly $5,100 to $6,800 in compensation depending on reader speed.\n 24/7 operations and IT support. There will always be other Radiologists available for 2nd opinions or difficult cases.\n Equitable distribution system of reads that ensure everyone receives similar volume and compensation opportunities. No cherry picking by senior docs.\n If a critical finding is detected, operations team will handle alerting the necessary hospital and handle all back end work.\n\n\n\n\nBackground Desired: Teleradiology\n\n\n Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology\n Eligible to acquire a state medical license\n Ability to work independently and remote.\n Comfortable working Swing Shift, Nights, Weekends, or Holidays.\n We will do all licensing for you!
