Job Title

Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP setting within an acute care hospital environment
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed, with a 30-minute response time requirement ; call shifts may average approximately 10 shifts within a 6-week period, including one weekend of call
• Complete 4 weekend shifts per contract period
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission — pending licenses not accepted
• ACLS certification required
• BCLS certification required
• NIH certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab / EP experience required; 2 years preferred — first-time travelers not accepted
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard rates; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application; post-submission RTO requests may not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Interventional Radiology (IR) experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience in an acute care hospital environment
