Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to questions regarding products, services, and promotions. Provide clear and accurate information to customers. Listen carefully to customer needs and provide appropriate assistance. Address routine customer questions and concerns. Communicate relevant promotions and product or service information. Identify opportunities to recommend solutions based on customer needs. Maintain accurate records of customer calls and interactions. Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team member when necessary. Share customer feedback and common questions with the team. Collaborate with customer service and sales team members to meet goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently by phone. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
