St. Charles Health System is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established primary care team in Redmond, Oregon. Position Highlights

• Outpatient-focused Family Medicine practice

• Approximately 36 patient contact hours per week

• Shared clinic call rotation with physician and APP support

Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Oregon medical license or ability to obtain

• Unrestricted DEA registration

• Current BLS certification

Preferred

• Experience in Family Medicine practice

• Epic EMR experience

• Familiarity with team-based and value-based care models

Compensation Information:
$322127.00 / annually - $337466.00 / annuallyDetails:
Competitive guaranteed base salary ranging from $322,127 to $337,466, depending on experience, with additional productivity bonus potential. Signing bonus and relocation assistance included.
