Long Term Care Supervisor

This position requires night shifts and will include every other weekend.

We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care Supervisor to join our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our long-term care services, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and assist in the management of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct staff training and development to improve service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must hold a valid nursing license.
• Previous supervisory experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
