Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking a dedicated professional for a Quality Control Inspector position based in Sumter, SC 29153. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for an extension. The role operates on a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, following a rotating 3-2-2-3 pattern that includes weekend work. Compensation is set at $18.00 per hour, which incorporates a night shift differential.

• Apply your understanding of Quality System Regulations and track product defect trends using control charts.
• Help maintain a safe working environment by wearing steel-toe or composite safety footwear.
• Complete a mandatory eye examination.

• Conduct thorough product evaluations against established specifications before items are cleared for release.
• Authorize the release of finished goods or raw materials by signing off on documentation prior to their transfer from the department.
• Support team efficiency by organizing and auditing release paperwork for Device History Records (DHRs) prior to submission.
