Overview Partners For Quality, Inc. is a private, non‑profit social services organization based in Robinson Township with a satellite office in the East Hills area. Position Details Title: Lead Maintenance Technician Department: Maintenance Status: Full Time Hours: Monday through Friday; daylight hours; flexibility required to meet the needs of the Department Location: Wilkinsburg Responsibilities Responsible to the Director of Facilities Operations for overseeing all daily maintenance operations and ensuring equipment and facilities are kept in optimal condition. This position combines hand‑on maintenance duties with supervisory responsibilities, providing guidance and support to the maintenance technicians. All responsibilities shall be completed in a manner consistent with the Vision, Mission and Values of Milestone Center. Lead and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team Train and mentor maintenance technicians, ensuring proper maintenance procedures are followed Delegate work orders and ensure timely and quality completion Troubleshoot and repair equipment or facilities systems Conduct regular inspections and implement preventative maintenance schedules Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to OSHA, local, state, and federal safety regulations Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspace Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, inspections, and repairs Collaborate with management on maintenance priorities and long‑term facility needs Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies Communicate issues, progress, and needs effectively with staff and leadership Coordinate/assist with internal moves Provide on‑call emergency support on a rotating schedule as assigned Understanding of and compliance with maintenance safety and work protocols and PFQ Corporate Personnel Policies and Procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or GED Five years experience in residential/commercial maintenance and proven experience in electrical, plumbing and general carpentry repairs One year of leadership experience Must have a working knowledge to perform the duties noted above Excellent references, both personal and work Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record Must pass a comprehensive physical examAbility to lift objects up to 50 lbs. without restriction Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances Benefits Full Time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental and Vision Insurances $1,200 cash payout option in lieu of Health Insurance coverage Healthcare Flexible Spending Account Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account 16 to 26 Paid Days Off per year Wellness Days (2 per year) Sick Time 8 Paid Holidays Short Term Disability Long Term Disability Life Insurance Optional 401(k) with Employer match Work Perks Paid orientation and training Free parking (select locations) Employee Activities, Rewards and Recognition Programs Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program Equal Opportunity Employer Partners For Quality and its family of agencies are an equal opportunity employer.
