Job Title Sales Agent – $100k earning potential with uncapped commissions. Responsibilities Source, develop leads, and prospect continuously. Network to generate new business opportunities. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention. Self‑motivate and commit to building a profitable business. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Qualifications Sales experience preferred. Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life insurance licences. Computer proficiency and strong organisational skills. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen. Compensation Hourly rate of $28.85. Full‑time agents who meet sales goals earn on average $99,600–$121,700 annually with uncapped commissions when exceeding goals.
