Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Overview Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Position - Denver, CO Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking NNPs to join our Denver based team at a 157‑bed acute‑care hospital in the HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge Medical Center, serving the north Denver metropolitan area. Responsibilities Level II NICU with delivery service and 24‑hour Neo available by phone and in‑person Provide primary and consultative neonatal care, especially in the NICU. Participate in high‑risk deliveries alongside physicians. Manage admissions, rounds, and ongoing care for ill or premature newborns. Perform neonatal procedures: resuscitation, line placements, ventilator support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including neonatologists, nurses, therapists, and lactation consultants. Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing with NNP specialization, or eligible Active or ability to obtain Colorado APRN license Comfortable with 24‑hour in‑house or hybrid shift schedules Experience in Level II/III NICU preferred Benefits and Compensation Salary: $130K-$182K per year based on years of experience for a 1.0 FTE position of 2,080 annual hours.
