What We’re Looking For Experience in restoration, construction, or related field Strong work ethic and positive attitude Valid driver’s license and clean driving record IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred) What You’ll Be Doing Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide 5-star service. Project Execution: Manage the mitigation team from initial inspection to final equipment pickup. Perform Mitigation: Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly. Lead Crews: Guide and train junior techs in the field, ensuring high standards and safe practices. Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.
