Monitor and update training expiration dates in the system to ensure compliance. Generate reports to track training expiration and completion status. Identify upcoming training requirements and communicate to relevant stakeholders. Maintain consistent tracking of progress for ongoing training initiatives. Collaborate with team members to uphold data quality standards. Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity. Utilize office tools and software to streamline data entry processes. Provide support in reviewing timesheets and related documentation. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role. Proficient in typing with a speed of at least 60 words per minute. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic office tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high‑volume tasks. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in generating reports and tracking data. Effective communication skills for team collaboration. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
