Legal Specialist (hybrid)

Job Title: Legal Specialist
Location: Hybrid reporting to Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA - 3 days a week onsite
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract


A Legal Specialist provides support by accurately complying with garnishments, child support orders, tax liens and IRS levy by restricting members accounts or funds.



Required:
• Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills



Preferred qualifications:
• We would like the candidates to have legal experience working in an attorney’s office or court
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Focused and able to time manage with minimal to no supervision
• Able to take initiatives
