Associate Chiropractor

Who we are looking for: A FAST-PACED AND THOROUGH PROVIDER that can see 125+ patient visits in a week. A MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL . Pay is a base salary plus a competitive commission. We want a provider that is looking to earn over $150,000 a year in income. Compensation: • Base salary is $100,000 annually • Potential to earn up to $200,000 • Medical Insurance Stipends • Group Dental Plan • CE Yearly Stipends • Paid Time off • Paid Malpractice Insurance • Paid WA State License • Supplemental Insurance • Relocation Fee • 401k + matching • Relocation fee Techniques, Treatments and Tools: A Hill table (purchased 2026) is used as the primary adjusting table.This table allow for a wide variety of adjusting techniques, as they are equipped with drop sections and flexion/distraction.Techniques such as Thompson, Diversified, Cox, Graston, and myofascial release, among others are easily performed on the equipment. Current adjustment tools include, Activator®, ArthroStim® and VibraCussor®. The clinic is also equipped with Spinalators and hydro therapy tables for added patient benefits. New Digital x-ray unit (updated 2026) on-site. This position is 32 practice hours per week (plus charting time). Who we are: A well-established practice, founded in 1983 by Palmer graduates. Our clinic grew to a family-oriented practice specializing in injury and accident care.With two locations and four Associate Chiropractors on staff, we are the largest group in Central Washington. As business owners, our job is to support our associate chiropractors. We handle all marketing, insurance billing, credentialing, patient scheduling and staff issues. Our Associate Chiropractors focus solely on patient care. After an associate doctor masters our office protocols and procedures, we support them in developing their own specialized treatment techniques and choices of adjunctive procedures. For our associates we have purchased ROGUE rehab equipment, a COX table, Euchronia laser, radial shockwave, Ultrasound, TENS units and weight loss supplements. Our Team: Support staff includes a committed clinic owner, two well-trained C.A.s, experienced biller, 6 massage therapists, two chiropractic technicians and front desk assistant.Each support staff member is confident in the benefits of chiropractic care and receives regular treatment in our office. Ideally, when we make a hire, it is for the long term.Our most senior associate DC, William Dearinger, has been with us for 30 years. (Christopher Draney, DC over 10 years. Our last hire, Marty Lane, DC plans to retire with us.) Our most senior CA has been with us for 20 years, and most of our assistants are coming up on over three years.
