Warehouse Associate / General Labor

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution and logistics operation in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

No forklift experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Sort, stage, and move products throughout the warehouse
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Label, palletize, and prepare products for shipment
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• RF Scanner experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Forklift Operator

Pay: $19/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Reach Truck and Cherry Picker Operators to join a fast-paced distribution center in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, locate, stack, and count inventory while supporting daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has experience operating reach trucks, order pickers (cherry pickers), and RF scanners in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers safely and efficiently
• Pick and replenish inventory from elevated rack locations
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and complete transactions
• Perform order picking, put-away, replenishment, and cycle counting
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain inventory accuracy and productivity standards
• Follow all OSHA and warehouse safety guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker experience
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• RF Scanner experience required
• Ability to work at heights of up to 30+ feet
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
