Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA Support development of communication, social, and self-help skills Collect and record session data Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment Follow physical and safety requirements for each client Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Support families through meaningful, culturally responsive care Requirements High school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years old Experience working with children, such as babysitting, tutoring, coaching, or teaching Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area Consistent availability Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; F-1 students seeking OPT paid opportunities are welcome Ability to pass a background check CPR certification or willingness to obtain one Completion of TB test, physical exam, and proof of vaccination Current RBT certification is not required Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Open to feedback and ongoing learning Adaptable when working with diverse families and communities Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset Core Competencies Demonstrates the ability to deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy while implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting the development of communication, social, and self-help skills for children on the autism spectrum.
