Automotive Technician – Level C (Lube Technician)Our Commitment To You:Competitive wagesMedical insurance plan401k retirementA professional and respectful work environmentPaid vacation/holidaysEmployee vehicle purchase programResponsibilities:Perform basic maintenance services, including:Oil and filter changesTire rotations and tire pressure checksFluid inspections and top-offsBattery testing and replacementBasic vehicle inspectionsAssist B- and A-Level Technicians with vehicle preparation and shop support tasks.Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings accurately.Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and service manuals.Follow safety guidelines and dealership procedures at all times.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Participate in training programs and skill development.Document completed work accurately in dealership systems.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Entry-level position; prior automotive experience helpful but not required.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.High school diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing).Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferredWorking Conditions:This position is performed in an automotive service environment with frequent standing, lifting, bending, and exposure to shop noise, heat, and vehicle movement. Training and supervision are provided to support skill development and safe work practices.
