Baird Holm is seeking at add an Associate attorney to our Real Estate section. This position is located in our growing Lincoln, NE office.

The candidate must have all of the following experience and skills:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
• Strong academic history
• Active admission in good standing with the Nebraska bar or ability to obtain the same quickly
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and robust work ethic
• Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork, along with ability to work independently on various projects
• Ability to start working by or before September 2026.

The ideal candidate desires a legal practice that encompasses all of the following areas:

• Real estate, land use, government relations, construction, and tax credit law
• Conducting research and due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and coordinating commercial transactions
• Representing clients in administrative, regulatory, and public proceedings and hearings
