Job description Manage an active civil litigation caseload, including personal injury and construction defect matters, from intake through resolution Propound and respond to written discovery: interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses Draft and argue law and motion matters, including demurrers, motions for summary judgment, and other dispositive filings Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, and other scheduled proceedings Communicate directly and professionally with clients to provide updates, set expectations, and maintain strong relationships Manage case timelines, deadlines, and litigation strategy with attention to detail and efficiency Collaborate with supervising attorneys and support staff to advance cases toward favorable resolution Qualifications 3+ years of civil litigation experience (required) Personal injury litigation experience (required or strongly preferred) Demonstrated experience with depositions, court appearances, written discovery, and law and motion Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple active matters independently while meeting deadlines Excellent client communication and relationship management skills Why you will love working here This is a firm where litigators do litigation — real depositions, real courtrooms, real outcomes.
