Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking a caring, reliable, and motivated  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)to join our day shift team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Provide mobility assistance (transfers, ambulation, use of mobility aids).

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.

• Maintain accurate records of care provided.

• Create a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to deliver the highest level of care.

• Ensure cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and care areas.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of [Insert State].

• Previous experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting preferred.

• Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered mindset.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
