Clinical Support Specialist: Housing & Behavioral Health

DESC

DESC is a national innovator in solutions to homelessness, offering clinical support and case management to tenants. The Clinical Support Specialist works within an integrated care team to provide and coordinate mental health and housing support services, while adhering to trauma-informed approaches and contractual obligations. As part of DESC’s housing stabilization efforts, this role collaborates with tenants, case managers, and external providers to ensure progress toward ISP goals, maintain #J-18808-Ljbffr DESC
