Are you a problem-solver with a passion for design and a talent for sales? We're looking for a Door Designer / Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the go-to expert helping clients choose the perfect garage door solution—balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget.

From first consultation to project completion, you’ll guide homeowners and builders through the entire process, ensuring a top-notch experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate existing garage systems and identify structural requirements.
• Take accurate measurements to ensure the perfect fit for doors and hardware.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and technology to offer the best solutions.
• Prepare clear and professional proposals , outlining costs, timelines, warranties, and more.
• Collaborate with suppliers and installation teams to ensure timely and seamless project delivery.
• Follow up post-installation to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and gather feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license (minimum 5 years).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in garage doors, construction, or a related industry is a plus .
• Strong math skills for accurate measurements and estimates.
• Proficient use of technology and software to manage quotes, orders, and communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
