Key Responsibilities for the Revenue Cycle Manager:
• Lead billing, coding, collections, and patient accounts receivable operations
• Oversee third-party billing and coding activities across multiple clinical service lines
• Manage supervisors and revenue cycle staff, including performance management and workforce planning
• Ensure accurate claim submission, denial management, and reimbursement optimization
• Oversee patient billing, collections processes, and sliding fee scale compliance
• Direct month-end close activities, reporting, and revenue cycle analytics
Qualifications for the Revenue Cycle Manager:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of leadership experience or 5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility
• Strong background in healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement regulations
