About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director (CEO/ED) to lead its multi-site STEM district. The CEO/ED will be responsible for overseeing the academic program, operations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness across multiple sites, and must be adept at building and sustaining partnerships with higher education institutions, industry leaders, and the community. Key priorities for the first year include sustaining the organization's innovative edge, expanding the elementary school, and leading a new multi-year strategic planning process. Applicants for the CEO/ED position at the company should have at least 5-7 years' of senior leadership experience in a complex, innovative, or multi-site school system, a Master's degree in education leadership or a related field, and a strong commitment to fostering community, belonging, and safety. The role requires a leader with a collaborative, student-centered approach, and the ability to manage complex operations while driving organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be an open-minded, thoughtful leader who balances innovation with sound judgment and is dedicated to the values of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement. Experience in Ohio's education systems and Superintendent Licensure in Ohio are preferred.
