Quality Assurance & Provider Relations Specialist

York County in Pennsylvania is seeking a Quality Assurance Worker responsible for provider oversight and contract compliance. This role requires direct engagement with contracted providers, ensuring quality service delivery while maintaining strong relationships. The incumbent will also coordinate and implement program improvements and quality assurance initiatives within the agency, making independent decisions impacting both employees and clients.
