We are seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to join our administrative team. Our Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating many aspects of the program and helping us expand our growing practice. What you'll do:

• Manage patient records, including scheduling patient appointments
  

• Maintain and update patient information spreadsheets
  

• Organize and manage patient files
  

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations to support the clinical team
  

• Support program growth as we expand into new regions
  

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
  

• Project-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
  

• Friendly, warm, and comfortable interacting with senior patients and their families
  

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  

• Experience with patient scheduling and coordination is a plus
