Proeprty Accountant - Yardi Voyager REQUIREDOffice Location: Aventura, FL (only 1-2x in office)The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.We are seeking a Proeprty Accountant to join a growing real estate investment firm focused on industrial properties. Reporting directly to the Controller, this individual will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties and related entities.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle property accounting in Yardi VoyagerHandle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash applications, and bank reconciliationsPrepare monthly journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and assist with month-end closePrepare property-level financial statements and support consolidated reportingCoordinate loan payments, escrow activity, and intercompany transactionsPartner with the Controller on financial reporting, process improvements, and special projectsSupport audits, tax preparers, and lender requestsxhyhwjd QualificationsYardi Voyager experience is requiredStrong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and financial statement preparationProficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong organizational and communication skillsCompensation:$75,000–$85,000 base salary, plus bonus/benefits
