Hybrid Vehicle Sales Specialist As a Hybrid Vehicle Sales Specialist at Capital Group, you will partner with sales teams to meet clients virtually and in‑person, delivering expertise on Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) and Exchange Traded Funds (ETF). The role is based in the LA office and requires 60%–75% travel. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for the Regional Sales Office and Hybrid Sales teams, driving advisor meeting coordination and expanding ETF/SMA adoption. Lead internal and external communication and education initiatives on Capital Group’s tax‑efficient vehicles, ensuring the sales teams are well‑equipped with product knowledge. Represent Capital Group’s tax‑efficient business at conferences, firm events, and internal programs in partnership with broader sales teams. Act as the voice of the field, partnering with Product and Marketing teams to deliver insights and support new material development. Leverage 3–5 years of internal or hybrid wholesaling experience and ETF/SMA experience, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Qualifications 3–5 years of internal or hybrid wholesaling experience with an ETF/SMA focus. Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred designations: CFA, CIMA, CETF, or CFP. Must hold SIE, Series7 &66 licenses. Benefits Competitive base salary with annual performance and profitability bonuses.
