Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the occupational therapist. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care. Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal effectiveness. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and activities. Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress. Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and team performance. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of therapy equipment. Experience/Qualifications Experience in assisting occupational therapists with treatment plans. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Ability to monitor and report patient progress effectively. Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Strong skills in educating patients and families on therapy exercises. Proficient in maintaining accurate records of treatments. Willingness to engage in feedback sessions for improvement. Ability to create a safe and supportive therapy environment.
