Automotive Repair Manager: Lead the Shop

AAA Club Alliance in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking an Automotive Repair Assistant Manager to lead the Car Care Center Service Department, drive productivity, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will mentor technicians, service advisors, and sales associates, assist with hiring and training, ensure repairs meet manufacturer specs, and communicate clearly with customers.
