ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. My State Farm career actually began while I was still in college, when I took a part-time internship with a local agent during my senior year. That opportunity turned into a sales position and eventually led me to agency ownership. I also played college basketball, so competition, teamwork, and striving to improve have always been a big part of who I am. Our agency is very connected to the local community. We work closely with area schools and participate in and sponsor a variety of community events throughout the year, including local art fairs. We enjoy getting out of the office, meeting people, and being part of a community we serve. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Associate for Miles Finch - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
