Truck Driver CDL A Regional

Salary and Pay Weekly pay: $2,120+ (50+ hours per week) Solo miles: $0.59 per mile (2,500 miles per week) Solo stops: $30.02 per stop (18 stops per week) Layover pay: $35.00 per layover (3-4 nights per week) Paid training Schedule: Monday – Friday, start 12:00 PM Job Details Deliver solo to Utah, Idaho, Montana Route: Regional, 3-4 nights out per week Tractor type: Sleeper; trailer: Flatbed 48' Equipment: Forklift, pallet jack, ladders Trucks: 36 months or newer, 24/7 roadside maintenance Company fuels trucks at 800+ maintenance facilities nationwide Responsibilities Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules Detect, eliminate, or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs Load and unload freight or assist in loading/unloading if required by customer Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age Pass a Ryder drug test Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check and drug/alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements Class A verifiable experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO first year; use it or get paid for it Uniforms, cell phone and boot allowance provided Drivers retain safety control and job protection 401(k) rollover available now with company match at 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech and more Equal Opportunity Employer Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and drug‑free workplace.
