We are looking for an experienced, positive, and motivated Customer Support Administrator to join our team in Butler, WI. As our First Point of Contact (FPOC), you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our customers, sales professionals, and internal operations.

What Would My Day Look Like?

In this multifaceted role, no two days are exactly the same. You will act as the central hub of our office, ensuring smooth operations through the following:

• The Ultimate First Impression: Greet and check in visitors, notify internal hosts, and manage the front lobby atmosphere with professionalism.
• Communication Hub: Manage our telephone switchboard, routing calls efficiently to ensure customers and partners reach the right expert every time.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Office teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and customer inquiries are resolved.
• Administrative Excellence: Generate miscellaneous reports and support the team with special projects as needed to keep our workflows optimized.
