Physician - Primary Care

Job Title

Duties include but not limited to:

• Provides primary care for a panel of patients using the medical home model of care, as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Practices, promotes and implements current safety policies and procedures.
• Assesses safety needs of patients and recognizes opportunities to improve environmental and operational safety.
• Identifies quality improvement (QI) issues, participates in QI monitoring and evaluates clinical practice.
• Utilizes QI findings to improve quality of care.
• Provides leadership in adhering to and promoting practice based on current standards of clinical practice.

Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases

Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)
